When an agent at ALL STARS lists a home, our marketing machine quickly takes over. The listing is syndicated to thousands of real estate websites like REALTOR.COM SHOWCASEMSN PROPERTY SHOWCASETRULIAZILLOW – and GOOGLE MAPS. A VIDEO is produced that features the listing agent’s name, photo, and phone number  throughout. A QR code is created to drive clients with smart phones to the YouTube video or agent website.  Agent home videos are also submitted to top company sponsored video websites including REALTOR.COM and MSN.
Sound like a lot of exposure? We’ve only just begun:
Details on the home are submitted to our Magazine Ad Department for Homes Magazine and The Inland Home Guide.  We post the new listing on Facebook and 3 blogs all interlinked and tagged  to help search engines drive business directly to our Agent.  And of course, there’s a dedicated webpage for each listing as well as a Virtual Tour that runs 24 hours a day on big screen monitors in our office and on television screens in thousands of Southern California homes.
Naturally, with all of this exposure, lots of internet leads are created.  
So when an internet inquiry comes into the office, it is entered into a lead capture system that automatically replies to the buyer, sends us an e-mail notification with details of the lead,  and creates a customized drip campaign designed to make weekly contacts with that lead. Since all contact information is 100% voluntary, our leads are very high quality. At ALL STARS, we want leads that produce business for our agents: not leads that waste agent time and money.
